' , ' 1 • ORDINANCE NO. 2003-58 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - 4100 WEST U.S. ROUTE 36 - - HOLIDAY HARBOR WATER PARK - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Real Estate Investors of Decatur, L.L.C. to modify and amend the B-2 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2002-34, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7 and a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, said part more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, T.16N., R2E. of the Third P.M.; thence south 00°-10'-50" east (Assumed Bearing) along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of the North- west Quarter of said Section 18, 1329.08 feet to the southeast corner of the North- east Quarter ofthe Northwest Quarter ofsaid Section 18; thence south O1°-19'-51" west along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 18, 54.08 feet to a point on the north right of way line of West Main Street (Springfield Road); thence south 80°-51'-02" west along the north right of way line of said West Main Street, 110.45 feet; thence south 72°-43'-OS" west along the north right of way line of said West Main Street, 100.57 feet; thence south 82°-38'-34" west along the north right of way line of said West Main Street, 260.22 feet; thence north 81°-51'-18" west along the north right of way line of said West Main Street, 39.87 feet; thence south 75°-OS'-12" west along the north right of way line of said West Main Street, 101.12 feet; thence south 83°-37'-02" west along the north right of way line of said West Main Street, 57.23 feet to a point on the east line of Sharon Cemetery; thence north 00°-34'-48" east along the east line of said Sharon Cemetery, 390.03 feet; thence south 85°-28'-39" east, 117.00 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 3608.16 feet, an arc distance of 24.25 feet, a chord distance of 24.25 feet and a chord bearing of north 03°- 47'-32" east; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 1460.00 feet, an arc distance
