That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid B-2 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in <br /> accordance therewith. <br /> Section 4.
