No question, concern of traffic, <br /> 11 concern of drainage, and concern of how do you <br /> 12 buffer the residential area from the commercial <br /> 13 development . In the early phases, there were <br /> 14 discussions of fences, discussions of berms, how <br /> 15 could we best buffer the area, and we presented a <br /> 16 plan, today, which we feel will accomplish a visual <br /> 17 barrier; also, a reduction in noise, and that, <br /> 18 through an extensive landscape planting of trees, <br /> 19 and I will ask Mr . Massie to address that, with <br /> 20 time . The intersection of Mound and 51 is a busy <br /> 21 intersection. That ' s what makes this site so <br /> 22 desirable from a commercial development standpoint . <br /> 23 There is an intersection time study being conducted. <br /> 24 That intersection time study will identify <br /> 14 <br />
