That design study is <br /> 4 not completed; however, we have made accommodations <br /> 5 in our plan for right away and for the construction <br /> 6 of any improvements required. Certainly, Mound Road <br /> 7 is going to be expanded. There will be a new <br /> 8 intersection created at the Remington Apartments <br /> 9 location to the north of the existing driveway. The <br /> 10 south will be the main entrance into the Target <br /> 11 facility. This intersection will be signalized -- <br /> 12 will be fully signalized. There are a significant <br /> 13 number of left turns from westbound to southbound <br /> 14 and without signals, there would have been a traffic <br /> 15 jam that would not have had the capacity to service '�I <br /> 16 the center . So, signalization will be part of that; ' <br /> 17 road improvements made to the intersection of 51 and <br /> 18 Mound; some left turn improvements will be made; I <br /> 19 some widening required. Those are all off-site I� <br /> 20 improvements, but very important improvements so <br /> 21 that this project can function properly. Another I' <br /> 22 off-site improvement which is very important to this <br /> 23 project is, the City of Decatur will be constructing <br /> 24 a storm sewer system which will extend from Spring <br /> 15 <br />
