1 Creek to the south, all the way north in through the <br /> 2 residential neighborhoods, providing drainage for <br /> 3 those neighborhoods, as well as an outlet for this <br /> 4 project . This site presently has two systems -- two <br /> 5 drainage systems . One is a drainage system to the <br /> 6 south, which is lower ground; drainage through the <br /> 7 property. The back yards of the property owners on <br /> 8 the south property line continues southerly until it <br /> 9 eventually hits the storm sewer systems that were <br /> 10 constructed many years ago as part of Northland <br /> 11 Heights . Those storm sewer systems were not <br /> 12 constructed to accommodate this flow and, therefore, <br /> 13 a new system is required. There, also, are -- is a <br /> 14 storm sewer on Route 51, which presently drains a <br /> 15 portion of the Mound School site and the school <br /> 16 properties . That system we will be able to utilize <br /> 17 and will utilize it to the same extent that it ' s <br /> 18 utilized today. The storm detention facility which <br /> 19 is at the very southeast corner has been designed to <br /> 20 accommodate the property which must be served by a <br /> 21 storm sewer -- must be served -- which is not served <br /> 22 by the IDOT storm sewer . That criteria is allowed <br /> 23 to release a three-year existing storm sewer and <br /> 24 must retain up to a one hundred-year storm. It ' s <br /> 16 <br />
