Parking is adequate . Of course, <br /> 9 there will be parking -- cross parking agreements <br /> 10 between all users here . One facility will be <br /> 11 absorbed by the other facility. Very typical for a <br /> 12 planned development like this . As I am sure the <br /> 13 planning commission members are aware, plan <br /> 14 developments are site plan specific . If this plan <br /> 15 is approved and approved by the City Council, the <br /> 16 developer is mandated to follow this plan in all <br /> 17 phases . The location of the structures, the <br /> 18 location of the accesses, the amount of landscaping <br /> 19 as shown, the retention facility. There can be no <br /> 20 variance from this plan unless it comes back through <br /> 21 this Plan Commission and back before the City <br /> 22 Council . This gives security to adjacent property <br /> 23 owners, as well as the Plan Commission Members and <br /> 24 Council, that the plan would not be changed in any <br /> 20 <br />
