But they are <br /> 10 agreeable to that access, right-in/right-out only. <br /> 11 On the Mound Road site the one signal has <br /> 12 intersection. Opposite the apartment to the north <br /> 13 there will be a second approach at the far west <br /> 14 side . Another approach will service the Target <br /> 15 Corporation and stuff on the west side . You will <br /> 16 note on your plan, there is provided -- as mentioned <br /> 17 by Mr. Bragg, we provided screening along that side, <br /> 18 in accordance with what the ordinance requires . <br /> 19 Presently, the driveway for the School District is <br /> 20 only fifteen feet off that west property line . This <br /> 21 driveway being proposed here has been moved. It <br /> 22 will be, approximately, thirty feet off that <br /> 23 property line, so we are moving any paving further <br /> 24 away from any property line for the new development <br /> 19 <br />
