So large a structure -- retail structure <br /> 16 generates a certain volume, so there are -- when you <br /> 17 first start a project like this you will provide <br /> 18 estimates of the volumes of traffic, the use of what <br /> 19 is used today at the intersection design study; you <br /> 20 will use the average daily traffic . There are some <br /> 21 peaks which are included in that, as far as what you <br /> 22 utilize as your base . Then, you add the additional <br /> 23 peak on the generated traffic from the development, <br /> 24 so you don ' t use an early morning traffic volume and <br /> 26 <br />
