I am not <br /> 10 goinq to do either one because we want Target to <br /> 11 come to Decatur . We want Target . And I think <br /> 12 Target made a wise decision in selecting Decatur . <br /> 13 But I think they made an unwise decision in their <br /> 14 site selection. And my first question is, what <br /> 15 motivated Target to come to Decatur? I mean, did <br /> 16 somebody contact them or did they contact Decatur? <br /> 17 How did they decide to pick Decatur? <br /> 18 MR. A. J.
