The proposed expansion is consistent with the intent of the previously approved planned <br /> development and will not adversely affect the neighborhood. Staff recommends approval of <br /> the petition. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur requires the Plan Commission to hold a public <br /> hearing on the Planned Unit Development request and make a recommendation to the City <br /> Council.
