RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 06 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE <br /> MIXER GEAR BOX EMERGENCY REPAIR <br /> AT THE SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mixer Gear Box Emergency Repair at the South Water Treatment <br /> Plant performed by Bodine Electric of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, approved and said <br /> payment be made in the amount not to exceed $63,000.00. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
