RESOLUTION NO. 2016-17 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATE5,LLC FOR PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF THE <br /> MEADOWLARK NEIGHBORHOOD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2016-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOI5: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional engineering services for the <br /> preliminary design of the Meadowlark Neighborhood Drainage Improvement Project, City <br /> Project 2016-01,presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Chastain & <br /> Associates, LLC, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
