. . �i <br /> �� <br /> �r���,� Zb ( �� � <br /> � ��t, 1 20 l 0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-103 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 2506 NORTH WATER STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of J & H Auto Service, for a conditional <br /> use permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to a11ow the <br /> operation of an automotive storage yard on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> The north 133.41 feet of the south 181.4 feet and the east 201.70 feet of the west 241.07 <br /> feet of Lot 3 in the Partition of the Estate of Benjamin Davis, located in the NW % of <br /> Section 2, Township 16 N, Range 2E, as recorded in Book 2582, Page 880 in the Records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received,placed on file and granted. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to J & H Auto <br /> Service, and only to J & H Auto Service, to operate an automotive storage yard upon the <br /> premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked Elchibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
