(a) That the storage area must be wholly enclosed by a site break fence <br /> that is at least 85 percent opaque and at least six (6) feet in height; <br /> (b) That except for the storage of vehicles for sale or vehicles awaiting <br /> repair, no outside sales or storage is permitted (other than within the enclosed <br /> automotive storage lot area); <br /> (c) That the storage area shall utilize a 24 hour access lock approved by <br /> the Decatur Fire Department; and, <br /> (d) That the storage area shall be paved with a minimum of two (2) inches <br /> of all-weather surface (such as white rock) or an equivalent surface approved by <br /> the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure. All other areas used for <br /> parking or circulation shall be paved with a minimum of two (2) inches of Class I <br /> asphalt over a six (6) inch aggregate base. All paving shall be completed within <br /> six (6)months of the issuance of the building permit. <br /> Section 4. That said conditional use permit granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made <br /> subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, the <br /> same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of <br /> said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this conditional use permit. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED ' 18th day of November, <br /> 2002. <br /> T Y M.
