Second Offense $5.00 $10.00 $20.00 <br /> Third or Greater $15.00 $30.00 $60.00 <br /> Offense <br /> The number of violations referred to herein so as to determine the proper settlement amount shall be <br /> the number of violations occurring between January 1 and June 30 or between July 1 and December 31 <br /> of any year, as the case may be. <br /> (C) Parking tickets issued for any violations of the provisions of this Chapter except <br /> Sections 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35 and 36, and except as provided in subsection <br /> (A) hereof, may be settled for Five Dollars ($5.00) if paid within 7 days of the time of the violation, <br /> Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) if paid after 7 days but within 21 days of the time of the violation, or for <br /> Twenty Dollars ($20.00) if paid after 21 days of the time of the violation. <br /> (H) If not settled, as provided in this Section, fine shall be imposed upon conviction, as <br /> elsewhere set out herein. <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the <br /> provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to be published in <br /> pamphlet form according to law. <br /> Section 4.
