metered or posted spaces designated "20 Minute Limit", "30 Minute Limit", or "1 Hour <br /> Limit". <br /> (ii) Vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Permits - <br /> Class A may park at any unrestricted, City-controlled metered or non-metered parking <br /> garage, surface parking lot, or street parking space designated "3 Hour Limit" or "10 <br /> Hour Limit" for up to a maximum of 72 consecutive hours, (or longer, upon prior <br /> written authorization by the Director of Engineering& Infrastructure, or his designee). <br /> B. Any resident of the Downtown Decatur Customer Parking Zone may, upon <br /> payment of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per month to the Finance Department of the City of <br /> Decatur, be eligible to receive a single, nontransferable "Downtown Resident Parking <br /> Permit - Class B" authorizing the vehicle described in the permit application only, to <br /> park in the Downtown Area, without additional fee, as follows: <br /> (i) Vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Permits - <br /> Class B may be parked at any otherwise unrestricted City-controlled, metered or <br /> non-metered parking garage, surface parking lot, or street parking space, exce t those <br /> metered or posted spaces designated "20 Minute Limit", "30 Minute Limit", or "1 Hour <br /> Limit". <br /> (ii) Vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Permits - <br /> Class B may park at any unrestricted, City-controlled metered or non-metered parking <br /> garage, surface parking lot, or street parking space designated "3 Hour Limit" or "10 <br /> Hour Limit" for up to a maximum of 72 consecutive hours, (or longer, upon prior <br /> written authorization by the Director of Engineering& Infrastructure, or his designee). <br /> 80.
