Mr. Farrell Trout, 2744 North Hill, was present stating that he lives just to the north of the ' <br /> subject property. Mr. Trout stated that he was not objecting as much as expressing conaerns. He , <br /> stated that a parking lot had been alluded to but the zoning of B-2 would open the door for a i <br /> multitude of things other than parking. Mr. Trout's property is three to four inches higher than ', <br /> the subject property but he stated that he has seen strange things happen as sites develop and are , <br /> built up causing water problems that citizens then expect the City to resolve. Mr. Trout stated ', <br /> that traffic is crossing over and school buses use the intersection which needs improvement. The i, <br /> road is narrow and the ditches are deep. He stated that he knowsBrintlinger's needs the parking I <br /> and he does not object to that. ��� <br /> It was moved and seconded(Smith/Shampine)to forward Cal. No. 02-23 to City Council with ' <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
