Per Sections XXI.C. and XXVII, a request for a rezoning and a request for PUD must first <br /> receive a recommendation upon the merits of the requests from the Plan Commission. A <br /> motion to recommend approval of the request to rezone 2200 North Union Street from R-3 to <br /> O-1 is recommended. In addition a motion to recommend approval of the O1-PUD for the <br /> entire property is recommended. <br /> The above report constitutes the testimony and recommendation of the Planning Division, <br /> Economic and Urban Development Department, City of Decatur. <br /> Steven J.
