2 <br /> , , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-14 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING LAND USE <br /> -AUTOMOTIVE STORAGE/AUTOMOTIVE SALVAGE YARD - <br /> - 2777-2801 NORTH WOODFORD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, the following described premises are currently zoned M-2 Heavy Industrial <br /> District: <br /> The South 264 feet of the East Half of the North Ha1f of the East Half of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 16N, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., <br /> situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Irena P. Smith, Robert M. Taft and Beverly Walter have petitioned this <br /> Council pursuant to Section XVI(B) of the Zoning Ordinance for approval to use said premises <br /> as an automotive storage/automotive salvage yard; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the use of said premises for said purpose has been approved by the Building <br /> Inspector and Fire Chief. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the petition described above, and the reports of the Building Inspector <br /> and the Fire Chief concerning said petition be received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That approval be, and it is hereby, granted to Irena P. Smith, Robert M. Taft <br /> and Beverly Walter to operate an automotive storage/automotive salvage yard. <br /> Section 3. That said approval be, and it is hereby granted to Irena P. Smith, Robert M. <br /> Taft and Beverly Walter subject to the following conditions: <br />
