� <br /> 1. These shall be a minimum front yard setback of fifty(50) feet from the <br /> east property line (west right-of-way of North Woodford Street) within which <br /> there shall be no storage of automobiles, trucks, or any similar vehicular <br /> equipment; <br /> 2. A site break fence of not less than eight (8) feet in height and in which <br /> the openings or cracks are less than fifteen percent (15%) of the total area shall be <br /> constructed along the north property line beginning at a point fifty (50) feet west <br /> of the east property line, extending to the west property line, and a site break fence <br /> shall also be constructed parallel to the east property line extending from the north <br /> property line to the south property line screening all storage; <br /> 3. The fencing requirements on the west and south property lines can be <br /> upgraded to the standards in paragraph 2 at any time at the discretion of the <br /> Director of Economic and Urban Development; <br /> 4. Any gated access must be accessible by the Fire Department; and, <br /> 5. If the operation is to continue, proper fencing shall be installed within <br /> sixty(60) days of approval of the use by the City Council. <br /> Section 4. That said approval granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject to the <br /> applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to <br /> show the granting and existence of this approval. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDE this 1 st day of April, 2002. <br /> TERR .
