The subject property is just west of International Control Services (ICS), a light <br /> manufacturing plant. The property currently occupied by the plant was rezoned from B-2 to <br /> M-1 in 1988. This lot was tax-divided from the original Lot 10 of the Mueller Resurvey. At <br /> some point after 1992 (City records do not indicate a date), the remainder of Lot 10 was ' <br /> resubdivided into four lots (named the Redwood Addition), surrounding the ICS property on �' <br /> three sides. � <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION I�� <br /> 2. The owners wish to rezone Lot 3 of the Redwood Addition, immediately west of the ICS II <br /> property. This would enable the ICS facility to be expanded onto the adjacent lot. The light <br /> manufacturing processes carried out by ICS are not allowed in the B-2 District. <br /> 3. The petitioner has submitted a preliminary site plan showing a 200' by 120' (24,000 square <br /> feet) addition to the west of the current building.
