d <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-11 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE <br /> -447 WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of February, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of John and Rhonda Glidewell and Roger <br /> Beanland for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A)(1)(w) of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance to use the premises described below for a Historic Neighborhood Use, said use being <br /> the operation of an office and said premises being legally described as follows: I <br /> Lot 4 in Block 9 of Western Addition to the City of Decatur, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book H, Page 103 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and reviewed by, the Historical and I <br /> Architectural Sites Commission, said filing having been more than thirty days from the date �i <br /> hereof; and, I <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit I�� <br /> be approved. �, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY I', <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, ', <br /> and the same are hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is <br /> hereby, granted to John and Rhonda Glidewell and Roger Beanland, and only to John and <br /> Rhonda Glidewell and Roger Beanland, to own and operate an office as a Historic Neighborhood <br /> Use upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached marked , <br /> Group Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
