Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That the proposed development occur in accordance with the data and site <br /> plan submitted by the petitioner; and, <br /> (b) That prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the building be in <br />' compliance with the City's Building Codes. <br /> Section 4.
