In addition, the City of Decatur Engineer has confirmed that the proposed use will <br /> not generate a noticeable impact on traffic along West Imboden Drive. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: Property owners in the vicinity of the proposed development <br /> were present at the Plan Commission hearing to express concern about traffic and noise <br /> generated by the proposed use. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: The City Plan Commission voted 9-0 with 1 abstention <br /> to recommend approval of this petition at the January 3, 2002 hearing.
