Lar e i�pick-up: Removal of one household appliance such as a refrigerator, oven or dishwasher and not more than five (5) other items none of which are able to be placed in an approved container, and all of which items must be placed at the curb by the customer. Section 2. That effective January 1, 2002, the maximum authorized rates that may be charged for refuse removal by licensed haulers in the City of Decatur shall be as set out on Exhibit A hereto for the services therein described. Section 3. (a) That effective January 1, 2003, those rates set out on said Exhibit A shall be increased or decreased, as the case may be, by a percentage equivalent to the percentage increase or decrease in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers ("CPI-U") of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Deparirnent of Labor for the most recent twelve-month period, as of December 1, 2002, for which such information is complete and published, and such rates shall be the m�imum rates that may be charged for such services by licensed haulers in the City of Decatur for the calendar year 2003. (b) That effective January 1, 2004, those rates set out on said Exhibit A hereto, as modified by subsection (a) hereof, shall be further increased or decreased, as the case may be,by a percentage equivalent to the percentage increase or decrease in the CPI-U for the most recent twelve-month period, as of December 1, 2003, for which such information is complete and published, and such rates shall be the m�imum rates that may be charged for such services by licensed haulers in the City of Decatur for the calendar year 2004 and until modified as per the provisions of Chapter 56 of the City Code.
