"Series 2001 Indenture" means that certain Bond Trust Indenture dated as of July l, 2001 <br /> between the Authority and the Series 2001 Trustee, as it may from time to time be amended or <br /> supplemented. I <br /> "Series 2001 Loan Agreement"means that certain Loan Agreement dated as of July 1, 2001 � <br /> between the Corporation and the Authority. ' <br /> "Series 2001 Trustee"means The First National Bank of Decatur,or any successor thereto under <br /> the Series 2001 Indenture. <br /> "Tax Exemption Agreement"means the Tax Exemption Agreement dated July_,2001 among <br /> the Authority, the Series 2001 Trustee and the Corporation. <br /> "United States Government Obligations" means (i)noncallable direct obligations of, or(ii) <br /> obligations the timely payment of the principal of and interest on which is fully guaranteed by,the United <br /> States of America,including without limitation the interest component of obligations issued by the Resolution <br /> Funding Corporation,and including in either case obligarions issued or held in book entry form on the <br /> books of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America. • <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> THE CURRENT REFUNDING OF THE OUTSTANDING SERIES 1991A BONDS <br /> SecNon 201. The Authority will issue the Series 2001 Bonds and will apply a portion of the <br /> proceeds of the sale of the Series 2001 Bonds in accordance with Section 301 of the Series 2001 <br /> Indenture and this Second Supplemental Indenture. There is hereby established with the Series 1991 <br /> Trustee the Securities Trust Fund,to be held by the Series 1991 Trustee. <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Section 301 of the Series 2001 Indenture,a portion of the proceeds <br /> of the sale of the Series 2001 Bonds in the amount of$ will be transferred to the <br /> Series 1991 Trustee for the account of the Municipality, and together with cash in the amount of <br /> $ transferred from the Series 1991 �Funds],shall be deposited in the Securities <br /> Trust Fund. The Series 1991 Trustee shall use the funds on deposit in the Securiries Trust Fund to <br /> purchase the Government Securities described on Ezhibit A attached hereto and shall leave$ <br /> in uninvested cash. <br /> Any amounts becoming available to the Series 1991 Trustee from earnings on the Series 1991 <br /> Interest Fund or Series 1991 Bond Sinking Fund representing accrued but unpaid interest on amounts on <br /> deposit in such funds and not required to be deposited in the Securities Trust Fund as aforesaid shall be <br /> paid by the Series 1991 Trustee to the Series 2001 Trustee and applied under the Series 2001 Indenture <br /> to pay interest on the Series 2001 Bonds. <br /> CH: 1169678v I <br /> os�s�9-oios2s 4 ' <br />
