' "Second Supplemental lndenture"means this Second Supplemental Bond Trust Indenture dated as of July 1, 2001 between the Municipality and the Series 1991 Trustee. "Government Securites"means the United States Government Obligations described in Exhibit A attached hereto. "Municipality" means the City of Decatur,Macon County, Illinois. "Securities Tizrst Fund'means the trust fund created by Secrion 201 of this Second Supplemental Indenture. "Security for the outstanding Series 1991A Bonds"means the properiy and rights conveyed to the Series 1991 Trustee by the granting clauses of the Series 1991 Bond Indenture, other than the Securities Trust Fund. "Series 1991 Bond Indenture"means that certain Bond Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 1991 between the Municipality and the Series 1991 Trustee, as it may from time to time be amended or supplemented. "Series 1991 Bond SinkingFund'means the Bond Sinking Fund created by Section 404 of the Series 1991 Bond Indenture. "Series 1991 Interest Fund'means the Interest Fund created by Section 403 of the Series 1991 Indenture. "Series 1991 Loan Agreement"means that certain Loan Agreement dated as of June 1, 1991 between the Corporation and the Municipality. "Series 1991 Revenue Fund'means the Series 1991 Revenue Fund created by Section 402 of the Series 1991 Bond Indenture. "Series 1991 Trustee"means The First National Bank of Decatur,as trustee,or any successor trustee under the Series 1991 Bond Indenture. "Series 1991A Bonds"means the City of Decatur,Macon County,Illinois Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1991A (Decatur Memorial Hospital) in the original aggregate principal amount of $9,950,000. "Series 2001 Bonds"means the Revenue Bonds,Series 2001(Decatur Memorial Hospital)of the Authority, in the aggregate principal amount of$ and issued pursuant to the Series 2001 Indenture.
