r � . � �� ' - • ORDINANCE NO. 2001-50 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SW CORNER OF 44TH STREET AND COUNTRY CLUB ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Tony Romano for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI. C. of the Zoning Ordinance for an R-3 Residential Development Plan on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: The East 200 feet of the following described tract: Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 16 North, Range Three East of the Third P.M., 100 feet north of the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17; thence North 892.5 feet; thence Southwest 470 feet along the boundary of Decatur Water Supply Company's property to a point 395 feet west of the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, thence Southeast 238 feet along the boundary of Decatur Water Supply Company's property to a point 515 feet North and 350 feet west of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17; thence Southwest 51 feet along the boundary of Decatur Water Supply Company's property; thence Southwest 165 feet to a point 336 feet North and 428 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter Section 17; thence Southeast 200 feet to a point 314 feet north and 228 feet west of said Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17; thence Southwest 210 feet to a point 100 feet North and 250 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17; thence East 250 feet to the point of begir�ning, containing 6.5 acres more or less, excepting there from tract dedicated for highway purposes as shown by deed of dedication appearing in Book 745, Page 159 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and further excepting the South 28 feet thereof.
