The East 250 feet of that part of Lot 6 of Lakeview Place Revised, Decatur, <br /> Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 225 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and part of the Southeast Quarter of <br /> the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the <br /> Third P.M., Macon County, Illinois, all being more particularly described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the I <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 17, said point being on the South line of said Lot 6 '' <br /> extended East; thence westerly 551.12 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 6; I <br /> thence northerly 128.00 feet along the west line of said Lot 6, thence easterly <br /> 551.72 feet along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 6 to said East line <br /> of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17; thence South <br /> 128.00 feet to the place of beginning; except that part dedicated for Right-of-Way <br /> for 44th Street; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That a special use permit be, and it is hereby granted to Tony Romano to <br /> develop the premises described above under a R-3 Residential Development Plan in accordance <br /> with the plat and plans hereto attached,marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, complete site <br /> and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains, fire hydrants, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, streets, landscaping and signage be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Director of Economic and Urban Development and the Director of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure. <br />
