The proposed rezoning is consistent with the goals of the Decatur Urban Area Land Use Plan <br /> and in harmony with the proposed planned unit development on the site. Construction of the <br /> new facility has begun and is scheduled for completion in Fall, 2001. The item was <br /> previously presented to the Plan Commission and City Council including the subject <br /> property. The proposed rezoning would correct an administrative oversight in the previous <br /> petition. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 4.
