The City designates Today's Notes as"qualified tax-exempt obligations"pursuant <br /> to Section 265(b)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. <br /> 8. All other terms are as provided in the Note Ordinance. <br /> 9. Please be further advised that we find and determine that no person holding any <br /> office of the City either by election or appointment, is in any manner interested, either directly or <br /> indirectly, in his own name or in the name of any other peison, associate, trust or corporation, in <br /> the Note Purchase Contract with the Bank. <br /> 10.
