WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT �ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it <br /> is hereby granted to Phillip Cochran to develop the premises described above under a B-2 <br /> Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto atta.ched,marked Exhibit <br /> A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, the following <br /> shall be provided: <br /> A. Complete site and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, stireets and landscaping be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Director of Economic and Urban Development Department and the Director of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure Department. <br /> B. That the Petitioner shall petition to vacate the alley segment near Oakland <br /> Avenue prior to applying for any permits. � . <br /> Section 4.
