The subject property currently houses a lumber yard and several associated buildings. <br /> Property to the south is utilized for a car dealership and two vacant lots are located to the <br /> west of the proposed tower site. <br /> 2. There is one tower near this property. This tower is a 400 foot guyed tower owned by <br /> American Tower Corporation. This tower cannot take on additional capacity. In fact, the <br /> tower failed a structural analysis for additional load. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 3. The petitioner proposes to construct a 190 foot monopole cellular communications tower on <br /> the site. The proposed tower would accommodate five camers in addition to Nextel's <br /> proposed equipment. <br />
