e <br /> `Designated Officials" means the City Manager and Director of Financial <br /> Management of the City, acting together. <br /> `7ncremental Properry Taxes" means the ad valorem taxes, if any, arising from <br /> the taxes levied upon taxable real property in the Area which are attributable to the <br /> increase in the then current equalized assessed value of the Area over the initial equalized <br /> assessed value thereof, all as determined by the County Clerk in accordance with <br /> Section 8 of the TIF Act; provided, however, that Incremental Property Taxes shall not <br /> include any amounts previously pledged by the City pursuant to the TIF Act. <br /> `1Vote" or `1Votes" means one or more, as applicable, of the not to exceed <br /> $10,000,000 General Obligation Line of Credit Notes, authorized to be issued by this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> "Note Order" means the note orders as authorized to be executed from time to <br /> time by the Designated Officials of the City as set forth in Section 11 of this Ordinance <br /> and by which the final terms of the Notes will be established. <br /> "Note Register" means the books of the City kept by the Note Registrar to evi- <br /> dence the registration and transfer of the Notes. <br /> `?Vote Registrar"means the Bank. <br /> "Ordinance" means this Ordinance, numbered as set forth on the title page <br /> hereof, and passed by the Corporate Authorities on the Sth day of March 2001. <br /> `Project Fund" means the Project Fund as established and defined in Section 12 <br /> of this Ordinance. <br /> `Redevelopment Project" means, collectively, the TIF Project and HOPE VI <br /> Project as described and defined as such in the preambles to this Ordinance. <br /> -4- <br />
