, � � •. . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-80 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - COUNTRY CLUB CENTRE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of October, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dr. Brian Penwell to modify and amend <br /> the O-1 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 94-29 and amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 2000-13, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as <br /> follows : <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Country Club Centre Second <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 727 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said O-1 Planned Unit Development as requested be <br /> authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. T'hat the aforesaid O-1 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached,marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
