(a) That the development be in accordance with the site plan dated <br /> October 2, 2001, and labeled E�ibit A hereto; <br /> (b) That a chain or cable barrier be provided across the parking lot <br /> entrance after regular office hours if the City of Decatur determines such is <br /> necessary to control use of the lot; and, <br /> (c) That no Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for the proposed <br /> building until such time that all landscaping as shown on Exhibit A has been <br /> installed to the satisfaction of the Economic and Urban Development Deparhnent. <br /> Section 4. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in <br /> accordance therewith. <br /> Section 5.
