feet of an intersection as defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code and such tables, <br /> y , , <br /> chairs and other objects must be located so as to provide a minimum of four (4) <br /> feet of unobstructed passage. Such sale and service of food shall be prohibited <br /> before 7:00 A.M. and after 10:00 P.M. on any day, and all chairs, tables and other <br /> objects must be removed from said sidewalks by 11:00 P.M. every day. An <br /> applicant for a license for the sale and service of food as herein provided shall <br /> obtain, and at all times thereafter during the license year keep in full force and <br /> effect, general liability and property damage insurance, with the City as an <br /> additional named insured and in amounts not less than $500,000 per occurrence, <br /> combined, single limit; said applicant shall file with the City a Certificate of <br /> Insurance evidencing such fact, and said Certificate shall provide for not less than <br /> 30 days notice to all insureds prior to cancellation. Any owner or operator <br /> licensed under the provisions hereof may serve alcoholic liquor for consumption <br /> on said public sidewalks adjacent to the licensed restaurant, provided that (1) said <br /> restaurant is also properly licensed for the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption <br /> on the premises, in which case the adjacent sidewalk or sidewalks shall be <br /> considered an extension of such licensed premises and sha11 be subject to all rules, <br /> regulations and restrictions applying to such premises; and (2) the City is named <br /> as an additional insured on the owner's or operator's dram shop insurance policy, <br /> with a Certificate of Insurance furnished to the City showing such fact and <br />� providing 30 days notice to all insureds prior to cancellation. Licenses issued <br /> hereunder shall expire and terminate on the 31 st day of December next following <br />' the effective date thereof. The fee for such license shall be $100.00, and may not <br /> be pro-rated. <br /> Section 7. That Sections 5 and 7 of Chapter 57 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same are hereby, modified and amended, so that said Sections 5 and 7, as so <br /> modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 5. SHADE TREES. No shade tree sha11 be removed, or the branches <br /> thereof cut or trimmed, in order to facilitate the moving of a building, except with <br /> the written consent of the Director of Engineering and Infrastrucbure. <br /> 7. COST OF BUILDING. No structure in the City shall be moved along <br /> or across any street or alley or any public place within the City unless the Director <br /> of Engineering and Infrastructure shall have determined, in writing, that said <br /> building is worth at least SO% of the cost of a new building of like size and <br /> character. No building not worth 50% of the cost of a similar new building shall <br /> be removed. <br /> Section 8. That Sections 13 and 15 of Chapter 63 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same are hereby, modified and amended, so that said Sections 13 and 15, as <br /> so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br />
