Mr. Schiller asked about the 24 foot versus 12 foot driveway. Mr. Forgey stated that two lanes <br /> would be required for this establishment for a 24 foot wide drive. <br /> Mr. Brownfield stated there is fencing around the property. A landscaping plan was not required. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Schiller/Jacobs) to forward Cal. No. 00-35 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
