This property is illustrated on the Future Land <br /> Use Map, a component of the Decatur comprehensive plan, as "Industrial." <br /> This parcel was recently annexed into the City as an industrial property. Annexed lands are <br /> automatically zoned R-1. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the petition as presented. <br />
