We are in need of expansion and plan a <br /> 18000 square foot addition which would be located generally on lots 2, 3,4, &part of 1 <br /> in Block 2 of William Bandy's Addition. The alley in this block was closed in December <br /> 1991. <br /> We would like to have part of this alley vacated, specifically the area adjoining lots 1, 2 <br /> & 3 in Block 2 of Cowan and Hostetler's Addition as per Plat recorded in book A,page <br /> 201 in the Recorder's Office.
