Chapter 26: <br /> 1. BUILDING OFFICIAL AND INSPECTION DIVISION. <br /> Whenever the words "Inspection Division" are used in this chapter, it shall refer <br /> to the Inspection Division of the Economic <br /> and Urban Development Department of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> whenever the words "building official" are used herein the same refers to the <br /> Superintendent of Building Inspections in said Department. <br /> 4. APPLICATION FEE. Any partnership, corporation or individual <br /> desiring a license as a Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor in <br /> the City of Decatur shall make application for the same on an application <br /> prescribed and provided by the Economic and Urban <br /> Develo�ment Deparhnent Inspections Division which shall be accompanied by <br /> payment fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Applicants shall provide to the City of <br /> Decatur evidence of insurance with a policy of general liability with a combined <br /> single limit of not less that One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and <br /> property damage. <br /> Any individual desiring a license as a Heating, Air Conditioning and <br /> Refrigeration Mechanic shall make application for the same on an application <br /> prescribed and provided by the Economic and Urban <br /> Development Department Inspections Division which application shall be <br /> accompanied by the payment of a non-refundable examination fee of Thirty <br /> Dollars ($30.00). <br /> * * * <br /> Chapter 27: <br /> 3. TIME AND MANNER OF APPEAL. An appeal may be taken <br /> within ten days from the date of the decision appealed from by filing with the City <br /> Clerk a notice in writing specifying the decision appealed from and the grounds <br /> therefor together with a filing fee of$10.00. Upon receipt of such notice filed as <br /> required herein, the City Clerk shall transmit the same to said Board and to the <br /> Director of the Economic and Urban Development <br /> Department and said Director shall transmit to the Board all papers, documents <br /> or other instruments upon which the action appealed from was ta.ken. <br /> 4. HEARINGS. The Board of Appeals shall, in every case, hold a <br /> hearing and reach a decision without unreasonable or unnecessary delay. Every <br /> decision of the Board shall be in writing and shall be promptly filed in the office <br /> of the Director of the Economic and <br />
