Section 5. That Chapter 17 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, modified and amended, so that said Chapter 17 as so modified and amended shall <br /> provide as set out on Exhibit B attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force on February 22, 2000. <br /> Section 7.
