Collins, Jr., Director f Community Development � <br /> M�Forgey, AICP, Senior Pl nner <br /> �� <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Rezoning 464 West Decatur Street <br /> The subject petition requests the rezoning of the premises at 464 West Decatur Street from R-6, <br /> Multiple Family Residence District, to R-3, Single Family Residence District. The 0.18 acre, or <br /> 7,800 square feet, site is currently developed as an apartment house. The area is surrounded by ' <br /> R-6 zoning on the west, north and east sides. The area to the south is zoned R-3, Single Family <br /> Residence District. The rezoning of the parcel to R-3 would be a logical extension of the e�sting <br /> R-3 zone to the south. � <br /> The petitioner intends to convert the apartment house back to a single family residence.
