, , . <br /> , , , , , <br /> 16. Oath and Bond. Employee agrees to provide a bond, with surety, as required , <br /> by § 5-3-9 of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/5-3-9 (1998). Customary costs associated <br /> with the provision of said bond shall be borne by the City. <br /> 17. Holidays. Employee shall receive the same paid holidays which are afforded <br /> to other officials of the City. <br /> 18. Salary or Benefit Reduction. Neither Employee's salary or other <br /> employment benefits set forth herein may be reduced unless the City imposes a uniform <br /> percentage salary or benefit reduction for all non-union City employees, in which case, <br /> Employee's salary or other benefits may be reduced by an equal percentage. <br /> 19. Notices. All notices required hereunder shall be provided in writing if to the <br /> City, to the Clerk of the City with a copy thereof to James E. Peckert, Esquire, 101 South Main <br /> Street, Suite 200, P. O. Box 860, Decatur, Illinois 62525-0860, and if to Employee, to Steve <br /> Garman at the administrative offices of the City or as he may direct in writing from time to time. <br /> 20. Complete Agreement. The parties hereto covenant and warrant that this <br /> document constitutes the entire and complete agreement between them, and that there exists no <br /> inducement, promise, term, condition or obligation made or entered into by the City or Employee <br /> which is not set forth expressly herein. The parties hereto agree that to the extent any statement, <br /> comment or representation not expressly set forth herein has been made, that the other party <br /> hereto did not rely upon such in any manner or fashion whatsoever. <br /> 21. Free Undertaking. The parties hereto further agree and acknowledge that each <br /> has possessed the opportunity to review the terms hereof and retain legal counsel of his or its <br /> own choosing. Each party hereto has possessed the opportunity to conduct that investigation into <br /> 11 <br />
