It is understood and agreed that Employee shall work the <br /> hours necessary for Employee to fulfill the requirements and obligations of the City Manager, <br /> which hours shall be not less than forty(40)hours per week. It is recognized that Employee must <br /> devote a great deal of time outside the normal office hours to business of the Employer, and to <br /> that end Employee will be allowed to take compensatory time off as he shall deem appropriate <br /> during said normal office hours. <br /> 9. Outside Activities. Employee shall not spend more than 10 hours per week in <br /> teaching, consulting or other non-Employer-connected business without the prior approval of the <br /> Council. <br /> 10. Reimbursement to Employee for Return to Pensacola, Florida and Moving <br /> Expenses. The City agrees to reimburse Employee for two (2) return trips of Employee to <br /> Pensacola, Florida occurring prior to January 1, 2000, with a maximum reimbursement hereunder <br /> in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). The City further agrees to provide to <br /> Employee eight (8) days of paid leave to make the aforementioned return trips to Pensacola, <br /> Florida, which trips must be completed prior to January 1, 2000, which eight (8) days of paid <br /> leave shall not cause the reduction of otherwise available vacation days to Employee. <br /> The City also shall provide reimbursement to Employee for various moving and <br /> relocation expenses from Pensacola, Florida to Decatur, Illinois, which reimbursement shall be <br /> for actual expenses incurred by Employee in said moving and relocation including, but not <br /> limited to, costs and expenses (including applicable taxes and tariffs) associated with packing, <br /> � transport, storage and unpacking of personal property of Employee, and other costs associated <br /> with the relocation of Employee, employee's family and their belongings.
