13. HOLIDAYS. Employee shall receive the same paid holidays which are afforded <br /> to other officials of the City. <br /> 14. DISABILITY. If the Employee is totally disabled or otherwise unable to perform <br /> all of her duties because of sickness, accident, injury, mental incapacity, or ill health, she shall be <br /> eligible for disability leave upon exhausting all accrued sick leave and vacation leave. Disability <br /> leave shall be unpaid and shall be approved by the City for a period of up to six (6)months. The <br /> length of such time period of disability leave shall be dependent upon the length of disability as <br /> demonstrated by Employee. If Employee is unable to return to work at the end of disability <br /> leave, the City shall have the option to terminate the employment of Employee, subject to the <br /> requirements imposed elsewhere herein on the parties relating to termination. <br /> 15. TERMINATION. <br /> a) The City may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any cause, or no cause, by <br /> appropriate action of the City Council, which action shall include a majority vote of the members <br /> of said Council. <br /> b) Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time for any cause, or no cause, <br /> by providing to the City thirty (30) days prior written notice, which written notice shall be <br /> delivered to the City Clerk, and contained within said written notice, Employee shall advise the <br /> City Clerk of the effective date of termination. <br /> 16. ELIGIBILITY OF BENEFITS AFFORDED OTHER CITY OFFICIALS. Except <br /> for the benefit categories indicated within previous sections of this Agreement, Employee shall <br /> receive the same employment benefits which are provided to other City management employees <br /> during the term hereof. <br /> 6 <br />
