: <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, the following <br /> shall be provided: <br /> A. That development be in accordance with plat and plans submitted by <br /> petitioner, and attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. <br /> B. That prior to issuance of any building permits, complete construction plans <br /> for, but not limited to, watermains, sanitary sewers, streets and landscaping be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Departments of Community Development and Public Works, and further that <br /> easements be dedicated to the City of Decatur for proposed watermains and sanitary sewer <br /> utilities. <br /> Section 4. That said amended special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, <br /> made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same <br /> being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City <br /> be amended in accordance therewith. <br /> Section 5. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the heretofore ordained R-3 <br /> Planned Unit Development and the provisions of ordinances relating thereto as heretofore <br /> amended and modified remain in full force and effect and the same remain subject to all the <br /> conditions, limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the respective <br /> modifications and amendments thereto. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED th' y of July, 1999. <br /> TE M.
