� ' <br />� ORDINANCE NO. 99-28 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT <br /> -4303 NORTH PROSPECT AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Jerry Myerscough to amend the B-3 <br /> Planned Shopping Center District previously granted by Ordinance No. 90-19 on premises <br /> situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lot Four(4) of Wal-Mart's First Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> Subdivision of Part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, <br /> Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. in Macon County; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be ' <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned in Section 3, the B-3 Planned I <br /> Shopping Center District previously granted by Ordinance No. 90-19 be, and it is hereby, <br /> amended such that the premises described herein shall be developed in accordance with the plat <br /> and plans hereto attached,marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, the following <br /> shall be provided: <br />
