A. That development be in accordance with plat and plans submitted by <br /> petitioner, and attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. <br /> B. That prior to issuance of any building permits, the Site Plan must be submitted <br /> to and approved by the Departments of Public Works and Community Development. <br /> Section 4. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 5.
