Miller, Planner �� <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Planned Unit Development at 4303 North <br />', Prospect Avenue <br /> This Arby's location was part of the Planned Unit Development for Wal-mart (P.C. Cal. No. <br /> 90-04 and Ordinance No. 90-19). Mr. Myerscough has presented a site plan showing ten <br /> additional parking spaces located on the west side of the building. The additional parking is <br /> needed to help relieve congestion on the site. The plan has had a preliminary review by Planning <br /> and Engineering and appears to meet with approval. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the revised Planned Unit Development and reminds the petitioner <br /> that the Site Plan must be submitted for approval by the Departments of Public Works and <br /> Community Development. <br />
